Warranty Terms

If a quality issue caused by non-artificial factors occurs within two months after receiving the goods, TouchWo will provide a new device or replacement parts free of charge, including free shipping.


Free Maintenance within Warranty Period

For quality problems caused by non-artificial factors within the warranty period, TouchWo provides free repair or replacement service.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation, TouchWo will provide a new machine or corresponding components for replacement.

Customized Products

Once the drawings and specifications are confirmed and the goods are shipped, customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
